Our Story

In 2000, Dr. David Li, alongside two fellow MBA graduates, embarked on a new venture by founding OLP Consulting in Australia. The studio initially catered to a wooden furniture manufacturing enterprise, offering comprehensive management consulting services. Subsequently, Dr. Li expanded his horizons by registering Snowball International Limited in the United Kingdom, specializing in international trade and investment consulting. This strategic move facilitated deeper penetration into the Chinese market through strategic equity and securities investments.

In 2014, recognizing the growth potential in China, Beijing Oriental Approach Investments Co., Ltd., a sister entity of Snowball International Limited, was formally incorporated. Drawing upon the robust foundation established in China, the company provides tailored investment and trade services to an esteemed clientele comprising Fortune 500 corporations, state-owned enterprises, publicly listed companies, government agencies, and private institutions.

 

Since its inception in 2000, our organization has steadfastly adhered to a business philosophy grounded in "global perspectives, localized execution, expert knowledge, resource optimization, innovation, industry-finance synergy, value creation, and revenue sharing." This philosophy guides our endeavors in delivering services centered around enterprise value management. Our business portfolio currently encompasses three core segments: investment, consulting, and trade.

 

Since 2016, we have strategically reoriented our operations towards China, establishing robust presences in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Changsha. To ensure seamless service delivery to our American clients, we have deployed a dedicated professional team in Los Angeles, California, USA, mitigating time zone and language barriers.

 

In 2023, we embarked on a fresh endeavor by collaborating with shareholders of a prominent, publicly traded Chinese semiconductor company to establish Beijing Qiancheng Technology Ltd., a venture dedicated to the technological research and development of advanced semiconductors and renewable energy solutions.

 

Advancing into 2024, Beijing Qiancheng Technology Ltd. forged strategic alliances with esteemed investors within the industry to jointly establish three entities: Beijing Qianxincheng Technology Ltd., Beijing Juncheng Technology Ltd., and Beijing Yuxiangcheng Ltd. These companies specialize in the manufacturing and distribution of high-quality consumables and equipment crucial to the integrated circuit industry, further solidifying our position as a leading player in this dynamic sector.

 

Our current portfolio of services and investments spans a broad spectrum of industries, including but not limited to: semiconductors, next-generation information technology, high-end equipment manufacturing, novel materials, biomedical sciences, new energy vehicles, renewable energy, environmental protection and energy efficiency, digital creativity, precision agriculture, real estate development, electromechanical engineering, fast-moving consumer goods, urban planning, and architectural design.
